St. Rita's Sports Medicine Team of the Week is a program recognizing high school athletic teams that work together to achieve common goals and improve their school and community. The program is sponsored by St. Rita’s Medical Center Sports Medicine and West Central Ohio Orthopedics & Sports Medicine.* Members of the team selected will receive a certificate and a t-shirt to recognize their success.
01/22/2005 - Boys Varsity - Bluffton High School Boys Varsity Wrestling Team Team School District: Bluffton High School Coached By: Jeff Kleman
Last year the team won both sectionals and districts and only graduated two seniors! This year, as of January 4, 2005, they have won both the Allen County Tournament and Bellefontaine Tournament. The team has two returning state placers, two other state qualifiers, one state alternate and eight district qualifiers returning. The team has also competed in the Ohio Duals.
