St. Rita's Sports Medicine Team of the Week is a program recognizing high school athletic teams that work together to achieve common goals and improve their school and community. The program is sponsored by St. Rita’s Medical Center Sports Medicine and West Central Ohio Orthopedics & Sports Medicine.* Members of the team selected will receive a certificate and a t-shirt to recognize their success.
10/09/2004 - Boys Varsity - Fort Jennings Boys Soccer Team School District: Fort Jennings Coached By: Armando Cabrera
For the second consecutive year, the Fort Jennings Varsity Soccer team is having a tremendous regular season. The team is 12-0 and ranked number one in the Division III state poll. They are also currently atop the PCL with a 3-0 record. They have a strong sense of senior leadership and the younger players have followed their lead with great pride and effort.
St. Rita’s Medical Center Sports Medicine and West Central Ohio Orthopedics & Sports Medicine salutes the Ft. Jennings Boys Varsity Soccer team for its Number 1 ranking in its Division III state poll and their undefeated season. Leading by good example and working together has obviously benefitted this team in attaining the top PCL ranking as well.
