St. Rita's Medical Center offers employees the option of purchasing legal services
in advance for a flat rate. A fixed contribution will be deducted from each
paycheck for the services. In return, enrolled employees will have legal
consultants at their disposal.
Most services under this membership are free, but with limits, such as phone
consultation, preparing business letters, legal document review, will preparation
and updates, motor vehicle related legal services, trial defense services and
IRS audit legal services. Additional legal services are also provided with
a 25% discount on the standard hourly rate.
