"Pat provided education and hands on care to my mother-in law and availed herself to many late night calls at home when comfort and reassurance were needed. She was invaluable in arranging for emergency medical services and maintaining communication with physicians and family members.
Pat made many 'off-duty' hospital and home visits, provided emotional support, guidance and directed the family to community resources. Her caring and compassionate manner even extended to funeral home visits upon the death of my mother-in-law and father-in-law over the past two years. She currently provides service to my sister-in-law, who has special needs".
