24-Hour Emergency Services
The Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center provides 24-hour emergency care, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Our emergency department is staffed with skilled physicians and nurses supported by laboratory, diagnostic radiology, ultrasound and CT scanning. If more extensive care should be required, St. Rita's Life Flight, air ambulance service is just seconds away from transporting a patient from the Ambulatory Care Center to St. Rita's Medical Center.

Because Putnam County is one of only a few not served by a medical facility within the county, easy to access emergency care is crucial for Putnam County. Residents no longer have to drive to Lima to receive high quality, compassionate emergency care. They feel confident knowing they have emergency care available right in their community where and when they need it.

Outpatient Services
A wide variety of outpatient services are available at the Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center. Patients may ask their physician to schedule any one of the following tests or services at the Ambulatory Care Center for greater patient convenience:

  • X-rays
  • Mammography
  • CT Scanning
  • EKG's
  • Bone Density Screenings
  • Laboratory Tests
  • Audiology (Hearing) Exams
  • Ultrasound

All services are accredited and provided under the direction of licensed and certified therapists and technologists. The Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center works in cooperation with your physician and will forward all test results to the indicated physician's office.

Putnam County residents may also take advantage of other services they would normally travel to Lima to receive, including:

  • Cardiac Rehabilitation
