The Center for Disease Management is staffed by a clinical pharmacist, registered nurses, clinical manager, respiratory therapist, licensed social worker and medical office assistants. Laboratory support on-site allows patients to have their blood draws completed at the Center without having to move to another location. St. Rita's Center for Disease Management is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The clinic is located at 850 West High St. It is on the northeast corner of Collette and High Streets, just north of St. Rita's Medical Center .
