Aqua-cise is staffed by a certified athletic trainer (ATC) from St. Rita's
Medical Center and is held in our Outpatient Rehabilitation pool. The class
size is limited to six so the athletic trainer can work with each participant
in the pool. At the conclusion of the class session, you should be able
to participate in an individual or group program and will be provided with
a list of surrounding locations where you may continue your aquatics-based,
healthy lifestyle.
To join this program you will need to complete a release form and be
able to independently dress/undress and enter/exit the pool. Aqua-cise
is run on a monthly basis which meets twice a week beginning on the first
Tuesday of every month and concluding on the last Thursday of every month.
A non-refundable fee of $24.00 for the entire session will be collected
at the first class.
St. Rita's reserves the right to cancel sessions if a minimum number
of participants are not pre-registered.
