Prime Plus/Red Hot Mamas is a national organization developed to help women through the menopause transition. The goal of the program is to empower women to become active members in their own personal healthcare decisions.
The Women's Wellness Center at St. Rita's hosts these programs the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the St. Rita's Auxiliary Conference Center located at 718 W. Market Street, Lima, Ohio.
