St. Rita's Transitional Care Unit (TCU) provides skilled nursing and physical
rehabilitation services to help restore function following a major illness
or surgery. The services offered through the TCU provide you with the assistance
you may need for a successful transition back into your home and community.
The skilled services you receive may include:

- Nutritional Therapy
- Physical, Occupational, and/or Speech Therapy
- Education to Maintain Gains from the Rehabilitation Process
