Huffers & Puffers
A Support Group for Persons with Breathing Disorders
St. Rita's Medical Center, in collaboration with the local American Lung Association, offers a support group for adults with chronic respiratory conditions. Adults with emphysema, asthma, chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) and lung transplant survivors are encouraged to participate in these monthly meetings. The support group, which is free and open to the public, provides educational and social opportunities for group members.

The Huffers & Puffers meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month, usually from 2:30 to 4:00 pm. Special events and outings are frequently planned causing meeting sites and times to vary.
