When an employee is experiencing a problem in their life, ultimately it can
affect their job performance. They may be distracted, less focused and find
themselves thinking about something else as opposed to their job duties. At
St. Rita's Medical Center we strive to have a healthy and productive work environment
and want our employees to be healthy and happy as well. To assist with this
goal St. Rita's offers a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to
all employees and their immediate family members living in their home at no
cost to the employee.
The EAP offers a strictly confidential environment for employees to talk about
any difficulties they may be experiencing, financial problems, family matters
or any other issue that may be affecting both their life and ultimately work
performance. The professional EAP staff can help the employee work through
the issue(s) offering potential solutions and guiding them along the path to
success.
