do not bring jewelry, large amounts of money or other valuables
with you to the Medical Center. It is best to leave such items
at home or send them home with your family. If that is impossible,
items may be deposited in our safe.
St. Rita’s Medical Center does not accept responsibility for any
items of value that may become lost. If you do lose something,
notify your nurse immediately and we will work with you to help
you find it. St. Rita’s does maintain a lost and found office. |
