St. Rita's Home Health/LVNA delivers hospital quality care to your home. Home healthcare is available for anyone who is physically unable to leave the home and needs intermittent, skilled care. You must be under active care of a licensed physician.

St. Rita's Home Health/LVNA consists of a skilled team of healthcare professionals to meet your home healthcare needs. Our staff includes:

  • Physical Therapists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Medical Social Workers
  • Home Health Aides

Following physician orders, we assess, treat and teach you about your illness or injury. We care for patients of every age and offer:

  • Wound Care
  • Catheter Care
  • Blood Draws
  • IV Treatment
  • Medication Teaching
  • Blood Pressure and Vital Signs Checks
  • Physical Therapy to Increase a Patient's Strength and Mobility
  • Occupational Therapy to Increase a Patient's Ability to Complete Activities of Daily Living and Cognitive Level
  • Speech Therapy to Increase a Patient's Ability to Communicate
  • Personal Care, Bathing and Dressing

Who pays for St. Rita's Homecare?
Services may be covered by Medicare or Medicaid. Payments may also be handled through commercial and private insurance plans. We will check your insurance plan and perform expert billing services at no additional cost to you.
