At St. Rita's, we work year round to ensure that our employees have the health
benefits and insurance coverage they need. In an ever changing world, we know
that insurance is a necessity. That's why we are proud to offer medical insurance,

employees.
Today more than ever before, Americans are taking an active role in achieving
and maintaining good health by visiting their doctor regularly, receiving preventative
screenings and taking any necessary medications properly. St. Rita's Medical
Center wants to help employees and their families stay healthy so they may
lead happy and productive lives. To assist employees reach this goal St. Rita's
provides medical insurance to all full-time and part-time employees.
Employees have the option to choose one of two available insurance plans administered
by our insurance provider. These plans offer both in-network and out-of network
benefits. Through our medical insurance, we also offer a Flexible Spending
Account or FSA to help employees better plan for regular check-ups and financial
needs throughout the year.
Prescription medication is a vital component of quality insurance coverage.
The rising costs of prescription medications have created an environment where
it is essential to have medication benefits. At St. Rita's, we are proud to
offer prescription benefits that provide medication coverage cards for our
employees. These cards are used to represent coverage for the participating
pharmacy of their choice, ultimately keeping prescription costs as low as possible.
The coverage is for both generic and name brand medications.
For any on-going prescription needs, such as blood pressure medicine, St.
Rita's Medical Center also offers a mail order service that is more cost effective.
Using mail order employees can receive a three-month supply of medication at
the cost of just two months.
The FSA benefit is also applicable for prescriptions.
Oral health is as important as maintaining a healthy body. St. Rita's Medical
Center's dental insurance is available to be used at the employee's dentist
of choice. Dental coverage includes an examination and teeth cleaning every
six months. Additional services, including orthodontia, are also covered at
a percent of the usual, customary and reasonable charges.
The FSA benefit can also be applied to dental insurance.
Good eyesight is necessary to perform your job functions well. It is also
important for all employees to have their eyes checked once every two years
as recommended by optometrists nationwide.
St. Rita's Medical Center provides vision coverage and encourages eye examinations
every 24 months. Glasses or contact lenses are also covered and additional
services can also be obtained at a discount.
The FSA benefit can be applied to vision expenses.
